The following information is a guide to Design Build Contractors for submitting a proposal for the Design and Construction of an Expansion, Parking Ramp, Helipad, Sitework and Renovation for the Campbell County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) in Gillette, Wyoming. More detail description of the Proposal Request is described under the “General Contractor Request for Proposal” tab below. A walkthrough of the existing facility was held on 1/5/09 at 2:00 pm at the Hospital. Bids are due 2/26/09 MST.

Subcontractors are welcome to e-mail their contact information to Ron@ChristensonCorporation.com. Christenson will forward subcontractor names to all General Contractors who have shown interest in the project. In order to complete precast concrete design of the parking ramp, precast concrete design, fabrication and erection has been bid. The successful precast bidder will be directed to proceed. Once a General Contractor has been selected, however, the agreement with the precaster will be assigned to the General Contractor.

The General Contractor is to include the amount for precast work in his guaranteed maximum price for the Hospital project. Two alternates are requested with the Design/Build proposal. Narratives describing these alternates are included in the following documents. All design and construction work for the hospital will be contracted with the successful Design Builder.
